Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and oversee daily camp activities and schedules to ensure a positive, enriching experience for all campers.
• Supervise, train, and support camp staff and volunteers, ensuring safety and engagement at all times.
• Ensure all programs follow BSA standards, safety guidelines, and camp regulations.
• Communicate openly with parents, staff, and scouts, fostering a supportive and welcoming camp environment.
• Manage camp logistics, including budgeting, resources, and inventory.

Requirements:
• Ability to attend a week-long training course prior to camp start.
• Availability to stay on the property during all camp operations to ensure smooth and safe running of the camp.

• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Basic understanding of BSA policies and safety standards (training provided).
  • CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Prior experience in youth programming or outdoor education is helpful but not required.
