2025 Laurel Hills Fall Camporee and AOL Weekend
Why everyone should attend: The Scout Fall Camporee and Arrow of Light Weekend (Yes, it’s two events wrapped in one) is specifically designed to showcase the Scout Troops and the Scouting Program within Laurel Hills District, while providing great programming for everyone.
For AOLS: Arrow of Light Weekend is a very rewarding and exciting time for Arrow of Light Scouts as they complete their journey in Cubs and plan for their bridge into Scouts in 2026. Arrow of Light Scouts and their parents/caregivers will meet Scouts and Scoutmasters within Laurel Hills District. Arrow of Light Scouts will visit Scout Troop campsites and participate in themed activities offered by each Scout Troop. Siblings of AOLS and other Cubs are welcome to participate regardless of rank.
- Programming starts at 10:30 am on Saturday.
- This event can be attended as a day event on Saturday, or as a weekend event Saturday to Sunday.
- Optional overnight camping Saturday to Sunday.
- All meals and snacks provided, along with a patch.
For Scouts: Scout Fall Camporee is a great opportunity for Scouts to engage Arrow of Light Scouts, and to participate in activities and exhibits, and a service project, offered by Westmoreland County Community College, at The Public Safety Training Center.
- Programming starts at 7:00 pm on Friday.
- Weekend overnight camping from Friday to Sunday.
- Saturday lunch and Sunday breakfast provided, along with a patch.
